[Renovation]

Before: This was the old outbuilding on the property.
It appeared that someone actually lived in it for a while, but
the roof leaked and it wasn't worth repairing

Also, there was an old swimming pool on the property!
An unheated pool at 9000 ft. BRRRR!

After: We used one end of the pool as a foundation to build our new shed,
then Jeff knocked down the rest of it and covered with topsoil for grass

Our greatest success of all:

Here is a picture of our akita Kera who sort of came with the house.
This was when the renters still lived there. Notice the chain.
I don't believe she had been indoors in years.

Here she is now. I don't know why, but somehow she acquired the nickname Princess.
